SENTRY's Corporate Director of Training and Development accommodates each locations specific training needs.
Flexible hours to accommodate employee and customer needs.
Single course for a small group or extensive training for an entire workforce

Follow-up programs, web-based programs and e-newsletters can be made available to all Service Partners participating in future SHU programs.
Ongoing training and development will be provided monthly via the Internet, video conferencing and/or Regional programs .

The following are all included:
Instructor: Dedicated Corporate Trainer with flexible availability.
Course Materials: Comprehensive course materials and additional study material, one set per course participant.
Logistical Management: The Corporate Trainer manages all the logistical arrangements.
Instructor Teleconference: The instructor will participate in a conference call with representatives to discuss specific needs prior to the course.
Course Evaluations: Course evaluations are a key component of SENTRY Hospitality University's ongoing quality control process, monitoring both instructor quality and course content quality. Host agrees to have all attendees complete a detailed course evaluation, utilizing course evaluation forms furnished by SENTRY. SENTRY will provide a detailed summary of the evaluations in additions to a copy of each individual completed evaluation.
Classroom: A suitable classroom or meeting space allocated exclusively to training for the duration of training.
Facility Access and Assistance: The instructor will require access to the facility the day prior to the course execution to allow for technical set-up.
