Summary: Sentry developed and operated the highly successful Marietta Conference Center & Resort for the City of Marietta, Georgia. The success of the projects lead to its eventual sale.

Summary: Sentry provided technical/development services for the $20M new-renovation to the Crowne Plaza, NF. Sentry and Crowne Plaza received the “Renovation of the Year” Award from IHG at their annual meeting in Dallas, TX in 2008.

Results: Sentry provided Technical/Development services to the Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) for the construction and operation of the new world class Conference Center in Niagara Falls. Sentry was selected as operator of same. Project was leased out in 2008 as part of USA Niagara Business Plan.

Results: Sentry opened the most impressive non-residential conference center in Manhattan. The 50,000sf dedicated conference/learning/event space, SCME set the tone for the future of meetings in New York City. Sentry sold it’s interest in 2011 developing the newest brand standard to come in Sentry Meetings and Concierge Centers.
